A True West Texan

Chad W. Seay has been a Texas resident for over 45 years, and a Lubbock resident for over 30 of those years. He has been married to his wonderful wife, Rachelle, for over 33 years and currently attends the Worship Center, under Pastor Todd Turnbow.

Chad attended South Plains College in Levelland, TX and then went on to invest his time and resources into becoming a hardworking business owner.

A Blue Collar Worker

Chad is the owner and founder of Cornerstone Construction (1996) and has a Class A CDL license, Class D water License, and builds underground infrastructures for sub-divisions. In 2001, Chad and his wife, Rachelle, broke ground on Southwest Aqua Sports. Chad teaches Professional Underwater Recovery Teams for the police and fire departments, scuba lessons, swim lessons, and is a lifeguard instructor. He is also a PADI Course Director, which is the highest scuba certification attainable, having only been achieved by less than 2500 instructors in the world. Through Chad’s ownership and management of two renowned businesses, he has become proficient in payroll, managing employees, and understanding how small businesses work from the ground up.

Conservative Values

When it comes to his political convictions, Chad stands strong on being pro-life, pro-liberty, pro-second amendment, and voting against higher taxes. He has consistently voted NO on every tax raise or has passed along the choice to Lubbockites to vote on issues he felt they should decide on. He has worked hard to increase public safety against crime and assisted Sheriff Kelly Rowe in many ways to give the Sheriff’s Department needed resources to help protect law-abiding citizens. Chad supports protected borders and has worked with Texas delegation and our representatives to pass policies to protect the Lubbock community and fellow Texans.
